I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, as it is located in a convenient area close to shopping, restaurants, and public activities. The pedestrian walkway provided an easy way to explore the city. The staff was helpful and provided private car hire for strolling around. The rooms were quite spacious, with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed.

We can recommend the hotel and staff. We went to The Pool Restaurant for dinner, it was only 100 feet away and we were satisfied. Convenient base for vacation in Karawang...
For us it was ideal.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for our business travel, with a shopping mall within walking distance and plenty of dining options right in front of the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and a cozy bed. The staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcome and catered to. The hotel also offered a variety of amenities, including room service, dry cleaning, and a shuttle service, which enhanced our comfort and convenience. The hotel is situated in a wonderful location for business and leisure travelers. It is a few minutes walk to a shopping mall that offers a variety of cuisines. the staff are friendly and accommodating. They made us feel at home during our stay. Lastly, the rooms are spacious and well-maintained.
The internet connection is terrible and very slow for a business traveler like myself. It took forever to upload my files to the cloud.
